After being in the management rights industry for almost twenty years we have had the opportunity to manage various properties such as a holiday high rise building and large permanent townhouse/villa complex on the Gold Coast, a three storey walk up property on the Sunshine Coast and a residential high rise building in Brisbane.  We are continuing our involvement in the industry by working as relief managers where required.

Given our time in the industry we always appreciated greatly the opportunity to take a break and get away to relax and recharge the batteries. We were fortunate in having reliable relief managers who allowed us to be able to get away with confidence that the complex and our business would be well attended during our absence.

With this experience in mind we would like to do the same and provide an opportunity for managers to take a well earned break and not to have to worry about what is going on at the complex while away.
